Return/ Exchange
If customers report delivery of damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery with video proof, the same will be eligible for the same product replacement. Return Pickup will be arranged and the customer must return the damaged item in the same packaging with the order ID clearly visible. Once we receive the product and checked by the quality team, a fresh piece will be dispatched.
Refund Policy
All items sold on our website are non-refundable. Any refunds processed, will only be done at the sole discretion of Dhwani Astro.
